Give your 97 -03 Corvette a facelift treatment with our C5.5 front bumper. Give your car a cleaner and updated look by eliminating unnecessary elements from the front to go with the already smooth and clean body of the C5. Our bumper was designed to keep a factory OEM look and can be equipped with original or aftermarket products made for the C6 Corvette such as grilles, fog lamps and quarter lights.
Racing Application
Those enthusiast who enjoys weekend racing, drag racing or even professional racing on their C5 Corvettes know that engine overheating is one of the worst things that can happen during a run. At the same time an engine that runs cooler will give you the best performance, that's why our C5.5 bumper is a great upgrade for your race car or daily driver.
The big front opening in our bumper enables your car to become a front breather* instead of a bottom breather as all C5 are. At the same time a Ram Air* can be implemented to give your intake all that fresh air right from the front of your car.
*(Radiator shroud and Ram Air ducts are still under development, existing shroud can be modified to accomplish the front cooling feature)
Supercharged and Turbo Applications w/intercooler
No more twin intercoolers, no more pain trying to fit all those pipes in reduced areas, no more having to cut your front plate cover to give your intercoolers all that fresh air required to build more HP out of your FI applications. Our C5.5 bumper allows you to install one big central intercooler right in the front, letting the air flow through it with less friction and more efficiency. And if you know FI then you know the cooler your intake feed is the more HP/Torque your engine will squeeze out of your supercharger or turbos.
Here our bumper is shown equipped with OEM C6 Corvette Coupe quarter lights and fog lamps with our exclusive integrated LED parking lights/turn signal system** (Sold separately)
